MDOK's Commitment

MDOK s.r.o. is committed to promoting a culture of quality, integrity, transparency and nuclear safety throughout all its activities related to the nuclear industry.

The relevant requirements are consistently applied and, where applicable, communicated and flowed down to our suppliers.

MDOK s.r.o. strives to prevent fraud, document manipulation, false records and non-compliance with approved technical and quality requirements.

Particular emphasis is placed on the prevention, identification and resolution of cases involving Counterfeit, Fraudulent and Suspect Items (CFSI), as well as on preventing the use of counterfeit or fake products.

Unethical practices may occur during manufacturing and throughout the supply chain. MDOK s.r.o. therefore provides reporting channels for such activities, including the possibility of submitting an anonymous report through its internal reporting system.

What Should Be Reported?

Concerns should be taken seriously, particularly in cases involving:

  • Counterfeit or altered materials, components, spare parts or products;
  • False, forged or misleading certificates, material inspection certificates, test reports or other records;
  • Suspected manipulation of material identification, manufacturing data, heat numbers or inspection and test results;
  • Non-compliance with approved procedures, technical specifications, welding requirements or quality control requirements;
  • Deliberate concealment of non-conformities, falsification of information, fraud, corruption
  • or other conduct that could compromise the quality, safety or integrity of a supply intended for the nuclear industry.

How to Raise a Concern

Every employee, supplier, subcontractor, business partner or other person with relevant information about potential misconduct, counterfeiting, manipulation or other improper practices is encouraged to use an appropriate reporting channel.

For matters relating to customer projects, nuclear safety or specific customer requirements, the applicable contractual requirements and MDOK's internal procedures must also be followed.

MDOK s.r.o. has established both internal and external reporting channels.

Internal Process – Trust Box

MDOK s.r.o. provides an internal reporting tool called the “Trust Box”, located in the meeting room on the second floor.

Every MDOK employee can use this tool to submit an anonymous report, complaint or concern regarding suspected misconduct.

The Trust Box is checked weekly by the Quality Manager.

Any reports received are subsequently addressed and communicated to company management in accordance with the applicable internal procedures, with due regard to confidentiality and an impartial assessment of the reported information.

External Process

Links to the external reporting systems of the EDF Group and the French nuclear regulatory authority ASNR are also provided below. These systems operate under their own rules, scope of responsibility and reporting eligibility requirements.

EDF – Alert System

The EDF Group Alert System is intended for reporting concerns that fall within its scope, particularly in the areas of ethics, compliance and other specified matters.
